Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your App Dropper account and what happens to your data. App Dropper is published on Google Play by Hussain Habibullah and operated by Flixsol Ltd. It applies to both the App Dropper mobile app and appdropper.io — they are the same account.

How to request deletion

• Email support@appdropper.io from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my App Dropper account”. Sending from the account address is how we confirm the request is yours; if you cannot, tell us and we will verify another way.
• Say whether you want your whole account deleted, or only specific data — for example the builds you have uploaded, while keeping the account itself.
• We reply within one business day and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get an email confirming when it is done.

You can also delete individual builds yourself at any time from your dashboard, without contacting us — deleting a build removes its binary immediately.

What is deleted

When we delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile — name, email address, password credentials, and team membership.
• Your builds— the .apk and .ipa files you uploaded and everything parsed from them (app name, bundle ID, version, icon, permissions, minimum OS, and for iOS the provisioning profile’s device UDIDs and team name).
• Tester and install data tied to your builds — invited email addresses, install records, and tester feedback and screenshots.
• Device push tokens registered by the mobile app, and any stored technical data such as rate-limiting records against your IP address.

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing records — invoices and the payment identifiers behind them are kept for 6 years, because UK tax law requires it. They are not used for anything else. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us; we never store them.
• Backups — deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before those backups age out, after which it is gone for good.

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription. Deletion is permanent: we cannot restore an account or its builds afterwards, so download anything you want to keep first.
