Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of App Dropper (the “Service”), operated by Flixsol Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17358900, with its registered office at 146-147 Assurance Office, St Helens Road, Swansea, United Kingdom, SA1 4DE. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
App Dropper hosts Android (.apk) and iOS (.ipa) application binaries you upload and generates shareable links so your testers can install them. It is a self-serve software product; we do not provide development, consulting, or other human-delivered services.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before uploading. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.
3. Plans and limits
Free and Pro plans carry published limits on build size, retention, number of apps, testers, storage, and upload frequency. Current limits are listed on our pricing page. Plans described as “unlimited” are subject to fair-use ceilings to prevent abuse; we will contact you before acting on any account that reaches them.
Builds expire. Binaries are automatically deleted once their retention period lapses. Retention is a core part of what each plan provides — App Dropper is a distribution tool, not a backup service. Always keep your own copy of any build that matters.
4. Payment
Pro is billed in advance, monthly or annually, in US dollars, through our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change; we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
If a payment fails we will retry it over roughly two weeks before ending the subscription. Your Pro features remain available during that period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- distribute malware, spyware, or any application designed to cause harm;
- distribute applications you do not have the rights to distribute, or that infringe someone else’s intellectual property;
- distribute a modified, repackaged, patched, or re-signed copy of someone else’s application, including builds that remove licence checks, unlock paid features, or strip advertising;
- circumvent app store review processes in breach of Apple’s or Google’s own terms;
- distribute unlawful content, or content that is defamatory, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
- use the Service as general-purpose file hosting, a CDN, or a backup service;
- attempt to breach the Service’s security, evade its rate limits, or access another account’s data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and where we believe content is unlawful we may remove it and report it to the relevant authorities.
6. Reporting content
We are a hosting provider. We do not review builds before they are uploaded and we do not monitor them, which means we rely on being told when something is wrong. Anyone — you do not need an account — may report a build at appdropper.io/report or by emailing support@appdropper.io.
Tell us what the build is (the link you were sent is usually enough), what is wrong with it, and how to reach you. If you are reporting copyright infringement, also tell us what rights you hold and confirm that you believe in good faith that the material infringes them.
A person reviews every report. We aim to respond within one business day, and we remove or block access to material expeditiously once we are satisfied it is unlawful or breaches section 5. We will normally tell the person who uploaded it what was removed and why, and pass on your report, including your contact details, so they can respond. If you believe we removed something of yours in error, write to the same address and we will reconsider.
7. Repeat infringers
We record complaints we uphold against an account. Three upheld complaints, or one sufficiently serious breach on its own, and we terminate the account permanently. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case. We do not allow a terminated account holder to open a new one.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the builds and other material you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to run the Service: to store, process, and transmit your content to the people you share it with. We do not sell your content, use it to train models, or share it with anyone other than the subprocessors listed in our privacy policy.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund any unused prepaid time.
10. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flixsol Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account for breach of these terms — immediately and without refund where section 5 or section 7 applies — or for any reason with 30 days’ notice, refunding unused prepaid time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
