30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with App Dropper Pro for any reason, email us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@appdropper.io from the address on your account. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to reply within one business day and to process approved refunds within five business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access off the moment you cancel.

After a subscription ends, your account returns to the free plan. Builds you had marked to keep forever are given a further 30 days before they expire, and we email you first so you can download them or resubscribe.

Annual plans

The same 30-day guarantee applies to annual subscriptions. After 30 days, an annual plan runs to the end of its term; cancelling stops it from renewing.
